Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Location: Durham, NC
Mental Health Therapist Requirements:
· Master’s degree
· Must have active license of LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA
· While we work with all ages, we are seeking someone who must be able to see children/adolescents of all ages (ages 4 to 17)
· Must be able to work 3-4 evenings per week to 8PM/and Saturdays daytime
Mental Health Therapist Compensation:
40% collections + full benefits package for early career licenses (i.
e.
, not yet 3-years post full licensure); 43% + full benefits package for therapists 3-years post full licensure; and all Associate ‘A” licenses have a salary of $50K + full benefits for the first 18 months, then move to percent collections

As part of our clinical team, you would:·
· Provide therapy services in a private, outpatient, group practice
· Have ample marketing and administrative support to allow you to do your clinical work and develop a very financially lucrative practice
· Be part of a multi-specialty practice, with peers and experienced clinicians who can mentor, coach, and support your professional growth as needed
· Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community
· Be joining a cohesive, energetic, and fun professional team atmosphere
