As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inside Sales team across our three call centers plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by connecting with dozens of customers daily and laying the foundation for a five-star experience.
As an Inside Sales Team Lead at West Shore Home® , you will contribute to this mission by overseeing the Inside Sales operations for a designated region.
You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and supervise a team of Inbound Call Center Representatives.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
• Assist representatives in handling calls from our customers who are interested in upgrading their homes and scheduling appointments for our team of Design Consultants
• Train and qualify new employees in accordance with department procedures/guidelines
• Provide exceptional service to our customers while developing a team to maintain key metrics that drive our business forward
• Oversee the appointment calendar for the assigned region
• Monitor employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real-time feedback and coaching
• Identify employee improvement opportunities by monitoring call recordings and sharing feedback with employees

Schedule: Standard afternoon shift, 5 days/week primarily Monday-Friday with one Saturday a month.
