*Dental Assistant (Periodontist)* Parkway Family Dentistry is excited to recruit a passionate Dental Assistant to join our team, assisting our in-house Periodontist in delivering high-quality periodontal and dental implant care.

· Preference will be given to those with high-quality chairside experience in surgical periodontal and/or dental implant care.
However, we equally value drive, work ethic, personality, and fit and are open to considering applicants with less experience if they exhibit these qualities.
Job Details: · A current 3-day work schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with potential for growth.

· Participate in the diverse range of clinical duties involved in a typical patient appointment, to include… o Chairside assisting o Preparing and disinfecting treatment rooms before and after each procedure o Employing high-quality infection control techniques to ensure safe treatment o Sterilizing instruments o Maintaining clinical supplies and inventory o Charting existing conditions and recommended treatments o Obtaining x-rays as needed o Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations Why Parkway Family Dentistry? · Our office is located in southern Chapel Hill, 15 minutes south of UNC in rapidly growing North Chatham County.
