We seek a Health Systems Lead, who is a strategic, innovative leader to join our Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes Patient Value team based in the Southeast.
As a Health System Lead, you will Set the overall strategy and tactical pull-through for assigned health systems (including IDNs and hospitals) aligned to U.
S.
Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes objectives and goals, ultimately accountable for the overall health of the assigned health systems located in the Southeast US, covering Washington DC to FL.
What you’ll do
Holds responsibility for achieving US Epilepsy business goals within assigned health systems.
Translates broad knowledge of disease state, standards of care and local healthcare practice into insights for patient value creation and advancement of US Epilepsy objectives at target accounts.
Engages credibly and with authority with key stakeholders across all relevant medical, scientific and therapeutic areas of interest.
Serves as subject matter expert on designated health systems, including creating health systems strategic plan and training other stakeholder-facing team members on ecosystem dynamics.
Uses knowledge of ecosystem business, political, cultural and professional issues to tailor US Epilepsy resources to particular opportunities and challenges.
Leads, manages, coaches, and develops 6-10 System Liaisons in performing their roles and role-specific competencies and coordinating the activities of all external commercial-facing colleagues involved in patient value creation in assigned health systems.

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare
Minimum of 5 years institutional sales/management experience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with multidisciplinary or matrixed teams with demonstrated leadership in managing and developing those teams
Must have a performance rating of ‘Meets Expectations’ or better on two most recent performance reviews
