Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure division is currently seeking Field Service Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team.
This position will be a hybrid role - 2 days in office, 3 days from home office, as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC or Woodridge, IL facilities.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $48,750 - $71,500 a year.

What you’ll do: Provide administrative and clerical support services to organizational units Schedule service requests in compliance with warranty, contractual, or time and material compliance while meeting customer deadlines Manage service requests from internal and external customers with emphasis on error free management and same day order entry Expedite orders to ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers regarding order verification, order status, pricing and shipment information Work directly with interfacing departments to ensure order fulfillment Prepare reports, presentations and communications in professional manner to effectively summarize data.
Effectively implement processes designed to deliver world class customer service.
Basic (Required) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC or Woodridge, IL will be considered.
Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Oracle Experience working in a call center environment Strong interpersonal skills.
Requires excellent written and oral communication competency.
