We are seeking an experienced Kennel Assistant to join our team!
The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets.
VCA Legion Road is a well-established clinic with stellar reputation within the community.
We have experienced veterinarians and staff that believe in a supportive and encouraging environment and continuous learning.
The management team have been with the practice for >10 years.
Along with preventative care we also offer routine surgeries, dental procedures, digital radiography, EMR, acupuncture, boarding and grooming services.
We have relationships with board-certified specialists for both ultrasonography and surgery and are able to offer these services to our clients within the clinic.
VCA Legion Road is preparing for continued growth, both with clientele and offered services, and is looking for a candidate with a team-centric mindset that can contribute to our positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Cleaning cages.
• Feeding and medicating dogs and cats, occasional pocket pets.
• Walking dogs.
• Bathing dogs.
• Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises.
• Assisting Doctors and Technicians when necessary.
