*Location:* Durham, NC
*Pay:* Starting at $24-$30.
30/hour.

TradesPeople is hiring for a leading packaging and trading card company in North America, producing print material of educational and healthcare products, as well as collectible trading cards associated with the entertainment and sports industries.
*Want to make full time pay working 15 days per month?* *Want every other weekend off?* *This schedule is a 12 hour 2:2:3 rotating 12 hour shift.
Day shift is 7:00am - 7:00pm* *Night shift is 7:00pm - 7:00am.
* *There is a $3.
00/hour shift differential for hours worked on night shift.
* *Job Duties: *Including but not limited to: * Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a press, multi-color offset press to print single-color, two-color, and/or multi-color work which includes large solids, screen tints, line and halftones with critical color values and registration requirements ranging from hairline to critical * Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the imposition of the run * Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated * Make necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the work * Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required * Perform periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer *Required Skills: *Including but not limited to: * Comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of techniques, procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety requirements to set-up, adjust, operate, and maintain equipment to produce single-, two-, and/or multi-color work to critical tolerances * Skill in a wide-variety of complex manipulations and mechanical procedures to perform a variety of tasks to set-up, make major adjustments, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment to produce single-, two-, and/or multi-color work * Ability to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press usage, press settings and materials needed to run the job successfully *Required Experience: *Including but not limited to: * Use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly * Must have prior Press Operator experience with large presses in commercial printing * Prior experience with Kamori presses preferred The national pay range for this role is $24.
00 to $30.
30 / hour.
The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
