Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operation time, and improving current techniques.
Qualifications:

S.
in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering or Four years of related experience may be substituted for the education degree requirement established for this.
Minimum of 5 years supervising software configuration management.
Experience analyzing complex system requirements.
Experience designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation.
Experience managing software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
