We are seeking a Pharmacy Professional to work with our prestigious client in Henderson, NC.
As a member of the healthcare team, you will coordinate and provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients.
Your role includes interpreting medication orders, ensuring their accuracy, and resolving any potential drug-related issues.
You will offer medication information and education to medical professionals, patients, and pharmacy students, and document interventions for quality improvement.
*Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate within a healthcare team to optimize medication therapy.
* Evaluate medication orders for precision and completeness prior to entry.
* Maintain proficiency in pharmacy automated systems and software.
* Participate in interdisciplinary efforts to improve drug therapy.
*Qualifications:*
* Education: Doctor of Pharmacy
* Certification/License: Basic Life Support (BLS), Pharmacist License

This position offers full-time, on-site employment with paid relocation.
