*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a Part Time Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional to join our team.
As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating treatment and services for clients on the Innovations Waiver for the 4 MCOs.
This includes training Residential staff, on-site support, on-call response, and working with Monitoring Specialists and Care Coordinators to assure high quality of plan implementation.
*Responsibilities:*
-· Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) to direct care staff.
· Educate staff and enforce the individuals’ rights and services.
· Serve as Gatekeeper for documentation to ensure that Innovations Waiver and all reimbursement requirements are fulfilled.
· Ensure that all services, programming, treatment plans and required documentation are developed and implemented accurately and on a timely basis.
· Complete annual performance reviews of assigned staff.
Coordinate program reviews with medical records and quality improvement staff.
· Coordinate with Executive Director to ensure that residents/guardians are given information upon admission regarding program description and residents’ rights and to safeguard the rights of each resident
· Assure the services listed in the PCP are being provided.
· Assess training needs; coordinate the orientation training and on-going and in-going service training for direct care staff.
· Oversee the completion of the clinical supervision contracts for all direct care staff.
· Attend/Participate in Clinical/Administrative meetings.
· Network with other community agencies and participate in public relations/community education activities.
-*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field and two-years of full-time experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in non-Human Services degree with four years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
Extensive knowledge of relevant state regulations, and all applicable accreditation standards.
Individual should be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Must pass background check and drug screen is required.
Valid driver’s license, use of personal vehicle, and current vehicle insurance required with good driving record.
*Skills:*
Experience as a QP with individuals with I/DD is Mandatory
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with individuals, their families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of resident rights and ensuring their dignity is maintained

00 per hour
