The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care on an ongoing basis as directed by and under the clinical supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Associate Medical Director and the referring physician, patient, family, and plan of care; utilizing pain and symptom management interventions that are based on established hospice and/or palliative care guidelines and standards.
Provide attending MD status for Hospice patients when assigned.
Provide Face to Face visits to ensure compliance with Hospice Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Attend IDG meetings as appropriate
Develop working knowledge of all federal, state and company regulations, policies, and procedures; ensure compliance
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner with current NC license
Preferred 3 years clinical experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
