We are currently seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist to join our team in our Raleigh, NC corporate office.
This is a full-time position.
Who are we?
We are a nonprofit Head Start organization that was established in 1974.
We serve migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment.
We have nearly 50 campuses across 10 states, and we serve approximately 3,000 children each year.
Essential Functions
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will complete, review, monitor, and ensure all family/child eligibility and enrollment record documents in ChildPlus are accurate, completed, and uploaded within timelines.
You will also ensure the accurate and timely entry of program data in compliance with ERSEA requirements.
What you need to be qualified
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Additionally, you must be capable of analyzing, organizing, filing, and distributing information effectively, and be comfortable working on multiple deadlines.
Prior experience working with Latino community and knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture and lifestyle is a plus.
Additional requirements include:
Accepted: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five years’ experience working with database management information systems.
Preferred: Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, and two years’ experience working with ERSEA or two years’ experience working with database management/ information systems or a combination of ERSEA and database management/information systems.
ERSEA Certification.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
