Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities - Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles - Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members - Monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals receiving behavioral therapy services - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Experience: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing behavior intervention plans - Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare setting - Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies Skills: - Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team - Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
