*Horizon Health* is seeking a full-time *Social Worker and Social Worker Associate *to work on the inpatient behavioral health program at Good Hope Hospital, *Erwin, NC*.
The *Social Worker* is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, psychodiagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning as well as function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
The successful full-time candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW OR LCSW-A) with a minimum of two years’ experience working with mental health programs, excellent clinical skills and current SW license.
