We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to individuals, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed medication schedules
- Monitor and document changes in individuals' physical and mental health
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support individuals with daily activities such as mobility, toileting, and hygiene
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
Requirements:
- Experience or training in dementia care is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and patient care principles
- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Previous experience in childcare or social work is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
