Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication reminders
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or hospice care needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
Please note that this position does not require a nursing degree or certification.
