I have an apartment in the Timber Hollow complex 1.
5 miles from Franklin St.
Bus stop on property.
I am a 46 year old male working from home most of the time.
I am clean and I am easy to get along with.
The apartment is fully furnished including your bedroom.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, a chest of drawers and a 32 inch smart TV with subscriptions for most of the streaming services.
You will have your own bathroom as well.
Large walk in closet.
Towels and linens are available as well as all cleaning/house maintenance supplies.
The main area has a large TV and a Nintendo Switch.
We will share the kitchen.
All I ask for someone that is clean and considerate.
I would prefer to live with a fully employed professional/graduate student.

700 a month (800 if month to month) flat rent including power, water/sewer, internet, valet trash service, pest control and cable TV.
To qualify for the 700 a 6 month or greater lease is required.
A deposit of one months rent must be paid upon moving in.
The deposit can be split over two months if necessary
