This is a sublease for a private bedroom and bathroom in an apartment with a shared kitchen and living room.
There are 4 bedrooms/roommates total.
Each bedroom has an individual key.
Central heating and A/C.
Washer and dryer in apartment.
No pets.
All roommates are MALE (no female applicants accepted).
The landlord has a STRICT requirement that applicants have 3x the monthly rent ($1800) in documented monthly income, as well as background/credit check.
The current lease runs until July 25th, which can then be renewed annually.
Available for move-in ASAP, but keep in mind the application process through management can take about a week.
Rent is $600/mo.
Security deposit is $600.
The apartment is managed by Wilson Property Management who charges a $120 application fee.
Utilities are currently included, but the landlord has indicated they will not be after the lease renews in July.
Internet is provided by one of the roommates, which I pay him $17/mo to access.
