$675 Room HVF

Hello- I’m currently looking for a new roommate since one of the current ones is leaving The room is about 10x10 so you can easily fit a bed and a dresser.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with another person.
I’m very quiet, clean and keep to myself most of the time and so does the other tenant.
We are both males in our mid 30s The house is located in the Hope Valley area and UNC, Duke, and airport are within a 15 min drive.
There are trails for running and biking and restaurants within walking distance and so is a planet fitness and a rock climbing gym.
I prefer no pet but not against them for the right person Rent is $675+ utilities which are usually between $75-$100 a month If you have any other questions, let me know
