*Job Summary:*
Vega Vitality is seeking a qualified, experienced medical aesthetician join a fast growing, busy medical spa.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic applicants to join a team of aestheticians and other nurse injectors and provide cosmetic services under the supervision of our onsite physician.

*Education and Experience:*
* Product knowledge / education trainings and webinars are required.
Detailed knowledge of all skincare products carried and used at Vega Vitality is imperative.
This will require training with reps, webinars, and review of educational information on portals.
* Educate and recommend skin care products to patients based on the patient’s needs.
* Advise and educate Vega Vitality staff on products to the best of your ability.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Knowledge of laser and light-based technology, aesthetic services and medical-grade skincare products as it relates to the services provided at Vega Vitality
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work as a team member
* Well-organized with attention to detail
* Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns
* Polished and professional appearance
* Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and clinic protocols.
* Proficient with Electronic Medical Record software
*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Deliver best in class cosmetic treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
* Conducts treatment consultations to identify patient goals and determines/recommends services and products to achieve optimal results
* Attends product and equipment continuing education courses, trainings offered by Vega Vitality and other programs to continually improve knowledge and skills
* Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance results
* Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
* Effectively inform and educate clients about specific aesthetic treatment concerns.
* Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
* Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
* Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
* Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
* Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
* Accurately record all client treatments in EMR.
* Maintain and restock treatment rooms to ensure proper inventory and set-up daily in compliance with OSHA standards
