Founded in 2019, our portfolio consists of Amazing Lash, Hand & Stone Massage and Spa, Great Clips, DryBar and Vio Med Spa operating throughout 10 states along the east coast.
*About the role:* The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) nurtures ongoing relationships with our current and prospective client base across various channels (CRM, social media, email, inbound/outbound calls, etc.
).
The ISR will use her or his expert knowledge of services, products, product availability, to communicate with and tailor needs specific to each client.
*What you’ll do:* * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails * Understand customer needs and requirements and how to promote and sell appropriate products and services * Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and closure * Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas * Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory * Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals * Various ad hoc projects and duties as assigned *What you’ll have:* * Inside sales experience (spa experience strongly preferred) * Proven track record of over-achieving quota * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools * Experience working with Zenoti or similar CRM * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Strong listening and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Membership sales experience nice to have * Excellent communication and persuasion, with emphasis via phone and email * Adaptability and able to work in a fast paced environment.
