We are currently looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team of professionals in our North Raleigh location.
Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a passion for the beauty industry.
Our Estheticians are responsible for providing superior customer care and esthetic services, as well as promoting sales in all aspects of the Medical Spa and to ensure that clients receive a memorable experience.
Additionally, as a team, we work hard and support each other collaboratively in all aspects of our organization.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Performing professional skin care, including laser, services that meet patients’ needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines
* Customizing facial and body treatments, and crafting personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results
* Safeguarding the patient experience, maintaining patient confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to safety while maintaining a clean work environment and uplifting, positive appearance
* Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with co-workers
* Up-selling, cross-selling and sales of medical-grade skin care products, services, packages, and VIP Memberships
*Experience & Requirements:*
* Current NC Esthetician License
* Minimum experience of 3+ years in spa/salon setting, dermatology, or physician's office
* Be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude
* Maintain a polished, professional image and pristine work environment
* Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 20-pound range) and perform the physical requirements of role
*Schedule:*
* Open to full or part time, schedule negotiable
OFF on Sunday and Monday (practice is closed)!
