Care First Rehab is looking for a Front Office/Patient Service Specialist.
We have full time positions available in our outpatient clinic in Cary.

Details of duties: (But not limited to)
Patient-facing as the point of contact for old and new patients of the Care First Family
Working with the billing office regarding insurance verification, billing, authorizations for sessions, and follow-up with therapists and lead
Working with our home care scheduler regarding home care patients scheduling and transportation
Informing and educating patients/families on insurance benefits and scheduling process
Collecting copays and discussing financial arrangements with patients/ families
Assisting clinic therapists with patients
Managing the day-to-day front office operations
Position Requirements: (But not limited to)
Minimum of one (1) plus years of administrative and medical office scheduling/transportation experience
Must Be able to work till 7 pm on Monday to Thursday and 8am - 5 pm on Friday.
Experience with EMR (i.
e, Epic, AthenaHealth, WebPT)
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL AND GOOGLE SHEET.
Highly Detailed and organized in all work aspects
Good communication skills on the phone and in person; Very articulate in written and verbal communication
Able to multitask between many different projects/duties
Addes plus:
Proficiency in Spanish.
Leadership role.
Insurance knowledgeable (i.
e.
, Medicare, Medicaid, workman’s comp.
)
Microsoft Office proficient; particularly in Word and Excel
Google applications proficient (i.
e.
Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
