Position Summary The Title Coordinator Admin will support the Title Coordinator and other members of the Market Title group through various administrative tasks including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, research, superior customer service and phone support.
Duties and responsibilities - Research for prior policies/HUD for all Listings and Listings Sold - Provide phone support for Market Title group - Research prior policy for attorneys - Act as liaison for Market Title group with agents, property owners and attorneys - Other duties as assigned Required Experience, Skills and Education - Prior experience in the real estate industry preferred - Highly proficient in MS Excel - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Effective verbal and listening communications skills - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Strong organizational skills - Strong computer skills Physical requirements The physical requirements of this position include sitting, standing, spending the majority of the work day in front of a computer, and the ability to talk and hear.
The position may also require some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time, up to 20 pounds.
