Family Law and Estate Planning attorney needed for an established small estate planning and family law firm.
Must have at least one year experience in civil litigation and one year in estate planning.
Full time, some remote work possible, needed immediately to take over current case load.
Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing.
Compensation is determined by a base salary plus commission.
Previous associates in this possession have earned up to $120,000 annually.
This is not an entry level position, and newly licensed attorneys need not apply.
Must be able to work independently and with a team.
Experience with Clio, domestic violence and probate preferred but not required.
This is a partnership track position.
The firm pays 100% of health insurance for the employee after 90 day probationary period, all bar dues, CLE fees, travel expenses for CLE’s, marketing, and overhead.
Office has been newly renovated in 2021 and beautifully decorated.
