We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Associate to join our team.
As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of real estate transactions and providing support to our legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
- Assist with due diligence investigations, including reviewing title reports, surveys, and zoning regulations
- Prepare closing documents and coordinate closings with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Previous experience working in a legal or real estate environment is preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
