Location: 1210 Laura Village Dr, Apex, North Carolina 27523
Summary: Responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post sales.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:
Processes bill of sales and post wholesale vehicle sales to GL
Process Wholesale title work for purchasers
Maintain Wholesale log and wholesale title log
Verifies that cash is received for vehicle sales
Maintain wholesale receivable schedule to insure timely payments are received
Compliance check & break retail deals for posting clerk
Backup lien payoffs
Follow up with lien holders for wholesale trade titles
Scanning
Other accounting duties as needed
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Previous Accounting experience in a high volume environment desired.
Strong organizational skills required.
Certificates and Licenses:
o Valid Driver’s License
o Automobile Salesperson License
Computer Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
Communication Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with
company personnel.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel.
Environment Demands:
Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting.
