This is a full-time hybrid role for a *Paralegal*, Attorneys at Law in our *personal injury *division.
The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, setting up insurance claims, obtaining medical records, drafting complaints, discovery, motions and other legal documents, scheduling depositions and trial preparation and Including *personal injury, nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, workers' compensation claims, social security disability and eminent domain.

* Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong research and document review abilities
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience in personal injury or related areas of law is a plus
* Paralegal certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
