Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and promote a positive workplace culture
Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and ensure timely and appropriate responses
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff members
Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including employee records, financial data, and client information, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
