Associate Attorney

We are a fast-paced residential real estate law firm, with opportunities for talented attorneys to join our expanding real estate practice.
We are looking to hire an ambitious associate attorney, who is eager to serve our clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, with emphasis on title searching, document preparation, financing and closings.
This position is full time with benefits.
Compensation will be based on experience.
*Qualifications:* * Experience not required, but is preferred * Licensed to practice law in North Carolina * North Carolina - Notary Public * Strong work ethic * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * Maintain a high level of customer service * Proficient with Microsoft applications * Minimal traveling required for client representation, training and mentorship *Responsibilities including, but not limited to:* * Performing residential real estate closings * Conducting title searches; working title insurance companies * Document preparation * Daily communication with all closing parties Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
