We are a fast-paced residential real estate law firm, with opportunities for talented title paralegals to join our expanding real estate practice.

Compensation will be based on experience.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* Real Estate Paralegal experience required; 3 years minimum.
* Certification in Paralegal studies preferred, but not required.
* North Carolina, Notary Public is preferred, but not required.
* Proficient in SoftPro/ProTrust Applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Knowledgeable with all Microsoft applications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the closing process with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
* Maintain legal files; paper and electronic.
* Scheduling, Calendar Management
* Ordering of Payoff, HOA, Surveys, etc.
* Preparation and balancing of CDS/ALTAS/HUDS within SoftPro.
* Loan package review and preparation.
* Document review and document drafting.
* Assist both Post-Closing and Accounting departments.
Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* High degree of accuracy in data entry.
* Problem Solving and Critical Thinking.
* Ability to prioritize and self-supervise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $65,000.
