Litigation Paralegal

*_ *Job Responsibilities:* * Strategically manage the lifespan of litigation cases, overseeing all phases from initiation to resolution * Effectively communicate with clients regarding discovery and case updates * Possess knowledge and skills associated with filing documents with North Carolina and federal courts * Ensure litigation deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks, and implementing time management strategies and communicating with attorneys and litigation team * Accurately answer requests for discovery; serve and update supplemental discovery documents * Participate in trial, deposition and mediation preparation * Effectively lead and coordinate legal assistant(s), overseeing tasks to ennsure optimal productivity and success *Skills Requirements:* * Minimum of 5 years experience with Case Management software, bonus points for GrowPath case management experience * Excellent grasp of Microsoft applications * Strong work ethic * Very strong attention to detail/Problem-solving skills * Leadership/team management skills *Benefits:* * Competitive Pay * Monthly Bonus Opportunities * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Options * 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution * Company paid STD and Life Insurance * Generous PTO and 11 Paid Annual Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
