Bilingual English/Spanish not required, but a plus.
Must have minimum of 2 years post high school education or commensurate employment.
This position offers base pay rate plus monthly performance bonuses.
* *Intake Consultants: *Are you high energy? Do you enjoy fact gathering? Are you a decision maker? Intake Consultants are the initial points of contact for the firm.
Screen new calls from leads and sign up new clients.
Make an impact by helping people in need of representation and impact both your paycheck and the bottom line for the law firm.
*Essential Duties Include:* * Answering incoming calls from prospective clients * Being available “on-call” to respond to initial inquires one weekend per month (with a structured, and generous bonus structure) * Obtaining accurate client information * Walking new clients through over the phone sign-ups in conjunction with the Intake Attorney _What defines success for this position?_ * Professionalism * Receive every intake call with a positive, professional, responsive manner * Screen inquiries in conjunction with attorneys * Be prepared to offer the highest level of client service on EVERY call * Be a hungry, proactive team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $38,000.
