*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
.
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of day-to-day tasks, including preparing and filing motions, taking depositions, representing clients in court, arguing cases to conclusion, conducting trials.
It is important that you have a solid understanding of legal procedures and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
*Qualifications*
* Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
* Experience in preparing and filing motions
* Ability to represent clients in court
* Experience arguing cases to conclusion
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Admission to the State Bar of North Carolina
* Experience in civil litigation
