Epiq is partnering with an established client to identify an *eDiscovery Project Attorney (permanent placement; not contract) *to join the litigation practice in their *Raleigh North Carolina *office.
_This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days remotely and 2-3 days onsite.

The Project Attorney Team works closely with litigators, arbitrators, antitrust litigators and other legal support team members to provide streamlined and efficient eDiscovery support and document review and production.
You’ll be mentored by the eDiscovery team and afforded opportunities for increased responsibility.
*What we are looking for:*

D.
and active bar licensure in North Carolina
· Sophisticated understanding of eDiscovery processes and experience supporting large, multijurisdictional, complex cases
· 3 years complex eDiscovery experience for a law firm or an eDiscovery provider
· Advanced proficiency with Relativity
· First and Second Level Document Review experience | Create, implement and oversee QC processes
· Privilege review/log and redaction experience | Must have an understanding of privilege and work product issues, including the applicable rules and caselaw governing privilege disputes
· Witness prep binders and materials preparation
· Experience or willingness to supervise contract attorneys as needed
· Experience with analytic products such as: TAR, Relativity Analytics and Brainspace is a plus
· Foreign language proficiency is a plus
