We’re looking for a motivated part-time litigation attorney to handle professional license defense & administrative law cases for our firm.
Our next team member will diligently prepare for settlement conferences and be able to articulately defend clients at contested hearings in front of licensing boards as well as state agencies.
Attorneys must possess patience when interacting with our clients and must assist our clients in preparation for settlement conferences and contested case hearings as well as any interviews with investigators.
While we strive to come to resolutions in matters for our clients, sometimes we are not able to work out agreements with the opposing side.
As such, this job will necessitate you being in the courtroom and litigating cases.
This means you need to feel confident and comfortable in this environment.
If you like the competitive nature of trial work, then this is the job for you.
At least (5) five years of administrative law experience is required.
This is a part-time position, with an estimated 20-25 hours per week.
Specific working hours are negotiable and can be discussed.
Compensation will include a 401(k) option after 12 months of employment and health insurance after 6 months of employment

Pay: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
