Position Summary:
Our Raleigh office has the opportunity for an experienced attorney to join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice.
The candidate will be expected to perform all of the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, with an emphasis on the ability to act as lead attorney in labor and employment matters.
Duties include, but are not limited to, providing advice and counsel on employment law-related matters, including handbook and policy preparation, training opportunities, compliance, workplace investigations and more.
In-house attorneys with significant advice and counsel experience are encouraged to apply.
The right candidate will have a passion for employment law, excellent analytical and writing skills, and an ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.
Strong business development skills are highly preferred.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor.
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in North Carolina.
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must possess 6+ years of employment law experience.
Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are required.
