A Day in the Life
A typical day for a Legal Administrative Assistant at our firm begins with opening and setting up the office to welcome the rest of our team and our clients for the day.
You'll greet the clients warmly, keep detailed notes as needed, and communicate with our team to ensure a successful handoff to the individual they're meeting with.
When you're not making a great first impression, you'll be printing and processing estate planning documents for clients who are preparing to sign their estate plan or have already signed their estate plan.
You'll help with periodic events in the office to set up and break down, when needed.
Throughout the week, you'll review our supplies to ensure nothing runs low and coordinate with the Operations team on inventory and supplies - setting our team and our clients up for success.
Your mission is to assist our team both on the estate planning side and on the operational side.
You'll manage time well, be able to prioritize, and be able to quickly shift gears if there are last minute changes.
For many clients, you will be the first person that they see when they visit the office, so a warm, professional demeanor is required for this role.
We work as a team of professionals, all committed to supporting our clients' goals and each other.
