Our team is looking for a Contracts Manager to join them to work closely with the Creedmoor site lead to help with the exciting growth that we are driving.
You will report to the Head of Contracts US and will have an on-site work schedule in Creedmoor, North Carolina.
To be considered for the Contracts Manager role, here is what you will need to bring with you:
10+ years of contracts experience
Commercial acumen and a desire to make a difference
Be willing to work from our Creedmoor facility
Microsoft Office proficiency
As a Contracts Manager , you will:
Be commercially experienced to support our fast-growing business in Creedmoor
Be a great team player – working with the wider contracts and legal teams to support the business
Oversee contract workflow process for Creedmoor to ensure adequate internal controls
Accurately and efficiently report updates and progress internally
Manage preparation, redlining, negotiation, and execution of contracts
Proficient in contract law, legal concepts, terms and conditions, legal requirements, negotiation process, and areas of risk for the company
Proficient in contracts for compliance with risk tolerance, regulations, and FAR/DFAR
Develop processes that facilitate improved contract implementation and administration
Work closely with all business units to ensure commercial success and contract compliance with internal procedures
Provide guidance to business teams and operations regarding areas of risk, contractual language, and existing contractual obligations
Draft contract language and negotiate key clauses impacting the business

Salary Range:
$100,000-$130,000/year, based on experience
