Are you an experienced bilingual attorney who’s ready to stop bringing work home? Do you like helping people and fast-paced work? Want to continue providing important legal advice and support, but also enjoy dinner with your family?
We’re looking for empathetic attorneys to join our highly-skilled intake team who provide quality legal advice to callers.
Our team includes attorneys from diverse backgrounds, including former litigators, plaintiffs’ attorneys with decades of experience, and others.
We offer:
Fast-paced legal work with work-life balance.
No trials.
No caseload.
No adversaries.
The opportunity to make a real difference in many peoples’ lives each day.
Remote/hybrid/in office – you choose.
Robust training, a collaborative environment, and stellar support staff.
Deep resources and numerous professional growth opportunities.
Competitive salary & benefits (such as paid family leave, and more).
What the day looks like:
No two days are the same.
While your schedule and location are stable, the cases you’ll analyze are interesting and vary greatly.
You’ll work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC to take calls primarily from injured people.
After the intake has been screened by a highly-trained staff member, you will often be the first attorney many of these people have ever talked to.
You’ll have the opportunity to be a source of stability and comfort for them, as you develop the facts about their case, guide them through their options, and relay the possible benefits of hiring our firm.
You will decide who to offer representation to.
Once they become a client, their case will then be handled by one of our experienced attorneys.
It’s a great fit for attorneys who are curious about a non-traditional legal role, but still want to put their law degree and experience to good use – with opportunities for future career growth.
Who we are:
We’re a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm, and were recently voted a Best Place to Work.
Our President was named one of the state’s most influential business leaders, and has been recognized for advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
Besides looking for high achievers, we’re also looking for good people.
People with character, strong values, and who are good teammates.
And kind.
Our employees genuinely care for our clients and for each other.
Requirements:
NC Bar licensure
Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
1-3+ years of experience working as an attorney in NC, 4+ preferred.
Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.
Able to work quickly and comfortable with technology.
“Intake is one of the most important things that we do.
We make a difference in the lives of clients and non-clients alike.
I’m incredibly proud of the diverse, excellent team we’ve assembled.
