We’re looking for compassionate people to join our highly-skilled intake team, which includes former teachers, customer service representatives, and a variety of other diverse backgrounds.
What the day looks like: Every call is different.
In this important role, as the first impression of our firm you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across the U.
S.
to answer new calls, chats, and emails primarily from injured people.
It requires a high degree of empathy and resilience as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances.
You’ll have the opportunity to be a source of stability and comfort, as you get the facts about their situation and guide them through their options.

Requirements: A compassionate, pleasant demeanor.
Strong written & oral communication.
Bilingual preferred but not required Able to multi-task, type and enter data while staying present on the phone.
Available for an 8 hr.
shift between 9-6PM or 10-7PM (Eastern Time).
