Responsibilities:
Our Senior Family Law Attorney will:
Carry a family law caseload from consultation to resolution, with significant autonomy to develop strategy and shepherd clients through the family law process.
Balance empathy for clients with the professional distance that allows you to practice family law for the long term.
Communicate effectively in court, with other attorneys, and with clients.
Work proactively with legal and non-legal staff to ensure a first-class customer experience with our firm, including timely communication throughout the family law process.
Be able and willing to handle cases in Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties.

You have at least 3 years of substantive, successful first-chair family law experience in Wake County or similar jurisdiction.
You are comfortable working in a team environment with clear standards for work products, case timelines, timely communication with clients, and attorney timekeeping.
You are prepared to serve as a director/conductor/quarterback for your caseload, supervising the efforts of legal and administrative staff for the good of clients.
Hiring Requirements:
Valid North Carolina law license.
At least three years of successful family law experience, preferably in North Carolina.
Demonstrated interest in family law.
Valid North Carolina Notary Public, or ability to obtain it immediately.
Three professional references.
