ABOUT THE ROLE:
Parker Poe is seeking a transactional health care associate with one to four years of experience to join our Health Care Practice Group in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the health care and life sciences fields.
Experience drafting a variety of commercial contracts for clients in the health care and life sciences industries is a strong plus, including collaboration agreements, technology-related agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, development agreements, material transfer agreements, and data sharing agreements.
Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and be able to provide excellent client service through regular client interaction.
