Compensation:
$35,000 - $42,000
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and related documentation.
Conduct research and gather information for immigration cases.
Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
Prepare and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Utilize software such as Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio for case management and data analysis.
Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in business immigration law, with a strong focus on H-2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, and TN visas.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio.
