Stuart Law Firm, PLLC, a small law firm in Raleigh, NC engaged in both corporate and litigation matters seeks a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Paralegal.

Necessary qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Positive attitude, quick learner, and willingness to go above and beyond
* Strong communication skills: good phone etiquette and solid writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and the ability to communicate effectively with many types of people
* Self-directed and flexible.
Must be able and willing to shift gears often throughout each day to handle tasks as the arise or to assist others.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
* Familiarity and understanding of legal concepts from education or experience
* Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
* Spanish speaker a big plus
