Contracts Manager - Temp - Public Company

Our client, a publicly traded consumer goods company, seeks an experienced contracts manager for a temporary engagement expected to last at least 2-3 months.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of contracts administration with a corporate legal department handling MSAs, NDAs, SaaS and other IT agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, and related documents.
Work may be done remotely.
This may be a full time or part time role, depending on the candidate's availability and the department's workflow.
Rate is $35-$45/hr, depending on experience.
