Daily Tasks Include:
Manage appointments and administrative tasks (such as: answering phone calls, emailing, scanning, filing, faxing, mailing)
Organize and maintain all client files and legal documents.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Photoshop
Manage adding and tracking a CRM database.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality of client and personal information.
Updating and creating presentations, printed advertisements, & Excel spreadsheets
Preferred Skills:
Must be comfortable on the phone and typing emails
Understanding of social media platforms and Internet marketing
Customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and precision, solid work ethics concerning meeting deadlines and reliability
Pay: From $55000 to 65000
