Experienced Automotive Title Clerk - Johnson Automotive

Johnson Automotive is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Experienced Automotive Title Clerk! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position! .

Responsibilities: Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the appropriate state.
Prepare tax and title documents.
Submit all appropriate documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts Processing state title and registration applications Resolve titling issues as necessary Confirm all information on titles, odometers, and lien releases Communicate the county clerk’s office on related issues Perform other duties as requested .
Required Qualifications and Skills: * Must have a minimum of 1 year of Automotive Title experience; * Must have "Out of State" experience; (Required) * Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment; * Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment; * Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance; * Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar; * Positive attitude and friendly demeanor; *All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.
